Matrah lets you delete your account and the personal data we hold about you, including any information we receive when you sign in with Facebook.
What we collect when you sign in with Facebook
When you use "Continue with Facebook", we receive a limited set of information to create and personalize your account:
- Your name and profile picture.
- Your email address, if you choose to share it.
- Content you create on Matrah, such as listings, inquiries, and profile details.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us at TODO: Need to add email from the email address associated with your account, using the subject "Data deletion request".
To help us find your account faster, you may include the name or phone number linked to it.
What gets deleted
Once we verify your request, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login identity.
- Your profile information.
- The listings and inquiries tied to your account.
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests and confirm by email within 30 days of receiving them.
